New Chromebook Tech Support
To answer the needs of families with Chromebook issues, Premier Arts and Science Charter School is now implementing a new system. If your child(ren) is experiencing Chromebook issues, please contact our technical support team by email at email@example.com. In the email, please include your name, student’s name, computer issue, and contact information. Our support team will follow up with you within 48 business hours to schedule an appointment to address your needs.
Chromebook Care Guide
In the meantime, please review the bulleted guide below on how to care for Chromebooks; keeping in mind that any violation of these guidelines will determine how we move forward in the repair/replacement process. In order for our students to achieve a world-class education, we must take care of the necessary tools needed to excel in virtual learning. Here is an equipment guide that will help PASCS households keep their child(ren)’s remote learning experience excellent.
Do not place objects, such as stickers, tape, labels, etc. on school Chromebooks.
Do not eat and/or drink around school Chromebooks.
Please remember to wash your hands before using the school Chromebook.
Carry school Chromebook with two hands.
Open and/or close school Chromebook with care.
Do not place anything on top or on the keyboard of the school Chromebook.
Be mindful of inserting and removing charger cord from school Chromebook.
Only use school Chromebook for school-related content.
