Enrollment Procedure/Policy
*Applications are available at 500 North 17th Street from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday-Friday.

To be assured a position in the lottery, if one is needed, parents/guardians of applicants are fully responsible for ensuring that the Student Application is received by PASCS promptly. Please submit the online application, mail, hand deliver this application to the main office at the address listed above.

All students must be 5 years of age on or before September 1, 2021 to attend. Students are selected by lottery, if needed. If there are still available spaces in the classrooms after the application deadline, no lottery will be needed.

Applications received by April 23, 2021, will be eligible for the lottery drawing on May 7, 2021, with the exception of a child of a parent who has actively participated in the development of the charter school or siblings of children already enrolled. Children living outside the district cannot be considered until the Harrisburg School District children have been served.

Application Process

Families will be notified of their child's or children's acceptance within two weeks of the lottery. To ensure your child's enrollment, make sure all contact information is up-to-date. If you cannot be reached, your child's enrollment cannot be guaranteed.

PASCS is a tuition-free public elementary school open to all Harrisburg residents and families.

Grades offered for 2021-2022 school year are Kindergarten through 5th Grade.
