Bio
Mr. Carr is brand new to the PASCS family. He is a fourth-grade teacher and loves every minute of it. Mr. Carr is an Army brat and graduate of Cedar Cliff High School and attended Shippensburg University, where he earned a BA in German and M Ed in Elementary Education. In his spare time, he codes Apple apps and plays guitar.
